Pricing questions
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are spent when a model actually runs — an agent turn, an AI workflow step, a Field Agent filling cells, an image or a video. Deterministic workflow steps do not consume credits, which is why a system that runs every day can still cost very little.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Deterministic automations keep running. Only the AI parts pause, and you can top up with a credit pack or move to a larger plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off.
Who actually needs a paid seat?
Only people who build: owners, admins and editors. Viewers are free and always have been, and anyone using an app you publish never joins your workspace at all — they can submit forms, check a status board or read their own records without an account or a seat. A five-person team where two people build pays for two seats.
Is pricing per seat?
On Pro and Business, yes — credits, workflow step-runs and storage scale with each builder seat, so a bigger team gets proportionally more of everything. Team is the exception: one flat price, ten seats included, and every allowance pooled instead of divided per person.
What counts as a workflow step-run?
One step of one run. A workflow with ten steps spends ten step-runs each time it fires, so a plan's allowance goes further on short workflows than long ones. Steps that do not call a model are the cheap ones, which is why the allowances are large.
Can I bring my own model keys?
On every plan, including free. Connect an OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter key and pay your provider directly — Cheqq does not mark up inference, and your plan does not limit which models a key you brought can reach. Shared workspace keys, where one key serves the whole team, are in early access on Business.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan includes AI credits, Wapps, live apps, active workflows and the browser extension, with no card required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings at any point; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
